Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Strategy & Development:

Provide strategic input on ServiceNow best practices, new features, and platform efficiencies. Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions. Lead development projects, including planning, stakeholder engagement, and execution. Design and implement configurations compatible with a domain-separated ServiceNow architecture.

Operational Support:

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for platform components and integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, following standard change procedures. Conduct regular audits and maintenance to ensure data integrity and platform consistency.

Client-Facing Delivery:

Support technical proposal writing and onboarding for new clients. Deliver ServiceNow-based automation projects that meet or exceed ROI expectations.

Documentation & Communication:

Maintain platform standards documentation and update internal process documentation. Communicate platform changes and their impact to stakeholders clearly and proactively.

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. Proven expertise in domain-separated ServiceNow environments (strongly preferred). Proficiency in key modules: ITSM (Incident, Change, Request, Problem), Service Catalog, ITBM, PPM, ITOM, Reporting & Performance Analytics. Experience with third-party integrations and custom application development. Strong business process mapping and automation skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
