Lead Generation Specialist
The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for driving international business growth by identifying, qualifying, and securing meetings with key decision makers across the US, UK, and African markets. This role requires strategic research, targeted outreach, and precision in engaging CXO/Dir/VP level stakeholders to generate high quality leads for IT Software Solutions & Services. Success in this role depends on market awareness, cultural adaptability, and the ability to convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
Lead Identification & Qualification
- Research and identify potential clients in US, Canada, UK, EU and African regions within IT Software Solutions & Services.
- Map target accounts, decision makers, and industry verticals to build a region specific prospect database.
- Qualify prospects based on fit, readiness, and potential business value.
Outreach & Engagement
- Execute multichannel outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, cold calling, webinars, industry events).
- Develop tailored messaging aligned to cultural and business nuances of target regions.
- Secure qualified meetings with the right point of contact/decision makers.
- Collaborate with marketing to leverage content (case studies, whitepapers, webinars) that supports outreach efforts.
Pipeline & Reporting
- Use sales intelligence and prospecting platforms; Maintain and update CRM tools ( Apollo.io, LinkedIn Navigator) with accurate lead data.
- Track KPIs such as meeting conversion rates, SQL conversion, and pipeline growth, providing weekly reports to management.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Proven experience in international lead generation (US, UK, Africa) for IT services/software solutions.
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage CXO level stakeholders.
- Hands on expertise in CRM and intelligence, outreach tools
- Ability to design and run multitouch campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and calling.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and pipeline management skills.
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
