As we expand our digital footprint, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand visibility, drive engagement across digital channels, and contribute to pipeline growth. This role focuses on high value, trust based B2B marketing rather than broad consumer tactics.

Job Description
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility across global markets (Canada, UK, EU, and beyond).
  • Visibility & Market Differentiation (Priority): Manage and optimize social media channels, digital campaigns, and online promotions to drive engagement and lead generation.
  • LinkedIn Authority: Design and execute an organic and paid LinkedIn strategy targeting enterprise tech buyers (CIOs, CTOs, Dir, VP’s).
  • Competitive Edge: Monitor competitor positioning to continuously refine our Unique Selling Propositions (USPs) in digital ad copy and assets.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline goals.
  • SEO & Content Distribution: Optimize our corporate website, Oversee website content, SEO/SEM strategies (to rank for high-intent enterprise tech keywords), and analytics to improve digital presence and performance.
  • Plan and execute targeted B2B campaigns that build trust and credibility with enterprise clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine positioning and messaging.
  • Measure ROI of digital initiatives and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Champion the adoption of modern digital tools, including AI driven marketing automation, to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Partner with global sales teams to run air-cover digital campaigns targeting high-value enterprise accounts.
Job Requirements
  • 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in IT services or B2B technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of building brand visibility in new geographies.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, GEO/SEM, social media management, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and AI enabled digital strategies.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands on execution.
  • Creative mindset with data driven decision making ability.
