As part of our Product & Business Experience practice, you will independently own UX solutioning activities across assigned client engagements with minimal supervision. Our work spans enterprise applications, corporate websites, digital platforms, data portals and product initiatives, requiring the ability to adapt to diverse business domains and project types. You will lead discovery, facilitate stakeholder discussions, define solution direction, guide visual designers and collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver solutions that balance business goals, user needs and technical feasibility. AI is an integral part of how we work. We expect leads to actively leverage AI for research, ideation, conceptualisation, solution exploration, documentation, wireframing, prototyping and delivery, while continuously evaluating emerging AI capabilities.

Job Description

Business Discovery & Solutioning

  • Independently lead discovery workshops to understand business objectives, user needs and operational challenges.
  • Bring together diverse stakeholder groups to build a shared understanding of business problems and solution direction.
  • Analyse business processes and translate discussions into clear requirements, decisions and actionable next steps.
  • Help establish realistic scope and priorities while balancing business goals, user experience and engineering feasibility. Experience Design
  • Translate business problems into intuitive digital experiences across a variety of project types.
  • Define experience direction through user journeys, workflows, information architecture, conceptual wireframes and interactive prototypes.
  • Provide functional guidance to visual designers while preserving business intent, usability and technical feasibility. Stakeholder Facilitation
  • Confidently engage business users, SMEs, engineering teams, project managers and leadership.
  • Facilitate discussions, build consensus and constructively challenge assumptions where appropriate.
  • Own the UX solutioning workstream for assigned projects while collaborating with practice leadership on larger strategic initiatives. Delivery Excellence
  • Support engineering teams during implementation to ensure the intended experience is realised.
  • Contribute reusable UX assets, templates and design patterns, and actively share project learnings to strengthen the practice.
  • Continuously improve delivery quality through structured thinking and knowledge sharing. AI-Enabled Ways of Working
  • Use AI daily for research, ideation, conceptualisation, documentation, wireframing, prototyping and productivity.
  • Stay current with emerging AI capabilities, including agentic workflows where appropriate, and evaluate how they can improve delivery.
Job Requirements
  • 4–8 years of experience delivering UX solutions for enterprise applications, websites, portals, digital products or similar digital initiatives.
  • Strong business analysis, solutioning and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to independently own assigned projects while recognising when to seek guidance.
  • Proven ability to engage, influence and build consensus across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to balance business goals, user needs and engineering feasibility.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of Figma or similar tools for conceptualisation and wireframing.
  • Good appreciation of visual design with the ability to guide visual designers.
  • Comfortable using AI as a core part of everyday work and keen to adopt emerging AI capabilities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and committed to continuous learning.
